My name is André Luis Lima. I am Executive Director of the Institute. I am responsible for strategic planning and envisioning the future, respecting the challenges we face. I consider myself a seeker, who is constantly learning from the teachings of nature. With each step, I am increasingly convinced that the journey is more important than the destination. I believe that with awareness in our actions, we can do more for the Planet.
Kristijan Guček - Chief Operating Officer (COO)
My name is Kristijan Guček. I am a simple person, always seeking ways to broaden my horizons. At the Institute, I am responsible for managing commercial relationships with clients and acting as a bridge between ideas and their realization. Creating something meaningful and impactful gives me a sense of fulfillment and purpose, as I strive to bring positive change to the world.
Rafael Rübenich Lima - Chief financial officer (CFO)
Connecting different perspectives, people and possibilities is what gives me energy to serve the IEUNI. I believe that we are part of an abundant, prosperous and generous system, where all the answers we need to work for the harmony and balance of life on the planet.
ALEXIS TREVIZO - Human Resources - Project Management Office (PMO) - Agroforestry Coordinator
Hey my name is Alexis Ruby Trevizo Lima, daughter of Xochitlquetzal and Ollin Tonatiuh. Born in the land of the Sonoran Desert and the Tohono O’odham. I am coordinator, partner, daughter of Mother Earth, and sister of all the creatures of the natural world. My mission is to accompany a better world with awareness and love. I work in the Institute and coordinate the project to achieve our goals and support my teammates. I do this to honor the steps of ancestors that walked before me and to tribute the ones that will walk after me.

NATASHA LEÃO - Communications Manager
My name is Natasha Leão. At the Institute, my role is to help ensure that our messages are transmitted clearly and in line with our purpose. I'm a curious person and, after exploring different career paths, I felt something was missing. I found in IEUNI a special connection with nature and the opportunity to apply my interest in communication to initiatives that seek to have a positive impact. I believe that authentic communication, which reflects a genuine purpose, is essential if we are to build the results we want together.

My name is Helder Câmara Jr. I see nature as a source of inspiration, healing and learning. I am currently in the Communications Team, assisting audiovisual projects and design. Through inspiration and service I can identify purposes that I align with and share the best of me.

My name is Daniel Breen. I believe that a good story, well told, has the power to create awareness and bring hope to the planet. In the Institute I am a Communications Team Advisor. I am working with the team to create high quality films and videos that showcase the Projects.
Jul Sousa - Communications
I am Jul. I observe nature through an artistic and creative eye. Recording its infinite forms of healing, regeneration and maintenance of life. I am a communicator and documentarist and, through this talent, I am able to register memories in multiple languages. At the Institute, I assist in visual communication with art, care and love for Mother Earth.

My name is Fernando. I am Alagoan, born and raised in Maceió, sailor of the big sea called life. I observe digital technologies' evolution and I develop ideas in order to serve nature's purpose. In the IEUNI, I serve as Information Technology Coordinator. I believe that through vocation and determination I can contribute to bring a positive impact to the world.
FEBE BREEN - FINANCIAL DEVELOPER
My name is Febe Breen born in Monterrey, México. I attempt to live every moment with awareness and love. Currently, at IEUNI I am at Financial Developer position, where I contribute in the construction and execution of the projects. I believe that together, we have possibilities to create a positive impact in the world.
Douglas Ramos - Operational & Logistics Reserve Assistant / Media Assistant
I am Douglas, passionate for photography and nature, born in Cruzeiro do Sul, in Amazônia. My childhood was marked by forest exuberance. Today, I work for Instituto Estrela Universal, in the Communication Area. My activities are general services, logistics, reserve inspections, support with photography and film. I deeply believe in the potential of every human being to create positive change in the world.
LUCIANO VALOIS - legal COORDINATOR
My name is Luciano Valois, born in the city of Maceió-Brasil. I seek to observe and learn with nature. I am a lawyer and currently I am part of IEUNI, working to defend Environmental and Social Rights. I believe it is essential that we preserve our biodiversity, unite environmental protection and honor sustainable development in order to protect the continuity of the species and defend the rights of future generations.

I'm Lu! I see education as a transformative path guided by purpose, listening, and presence – much like walking through the forest, learning with every step. At IEUNI, my work involves crafting educational experiences that cherish people, nature, ancestry, and culture, fostering awareness, a sense of belonging, and regeneration.
